Many children have issues with their bodies and their eating habits because of the way they eat but who's fault is it? The kids, the parents or someone else’s?
So why do some kids get “fat”. That is apparently the boy/girl who eats too much and just eats for comfort, right? No, not really. There is usually another reason than just overeating until you weigh 300 pounds. The habit of eating a little more than you should may come from the family’s eating habits and how many times they eat in a day. You may think it is easy, you could just stop right? Well not exactly, a lot of the time they are used to eating a ton of food and their stomachs are not full until they have finished 3 “normal” plates full. That’s why we can’t imagine ourselves in that role.
