He could hear the excitement in her voice when she broke the news. He could hardly believe it. It couldn’t be true. He pinched his arm. It was true. He couldn’t help himself; he jumped for joy.
He was so happy! Finally, he could accomplish his lifelong dream of living in London. He wanted to start his own company. A brand-new fashion stores. All this was now possible. The phone call from his mom was about the lottery money. They finally cashed it in, and the money was on our account. One million pounds! They won the money a couple months ago, but it was a long process to cash in the money. First, they had to verify that we won, and that was the right ticket. Afterwards we had to meet in person and give them our credit card numbers. As said, a very long process to get through. Very bad customer service.
But after all it sure was a dream come true. Mark thought this only happened in bad movies and adventures for children. He still could not believe this happened. He jumped for joy again.
