The fascination of sharks Jaws is a novel written by Peter Benchley, and Steven Spielberg has made a film adaptation of the book. In the novels first chapter we hear about a fish, a man and a woman, the woman and the man want to go swimming in the dark night, but it is only the woman who ends up in the water, because the man is drunk and collapses on the beach.
