Theodore Roosevelt was 26th president in the USA and was elected to president after being William McKinley Vice-president and William McKinley being assassinated in 1901 at the temple of music in New York, the person who took his life was Leon Czolgosz, he took the life of William McKinley with a .32 caliber revolver.
After that Theodore Roosevelt was made president of the USA.
The Early Life of Theodore Roosevelt
As a child Theodore Roosevelt was sick and had asthma and had a weak eyesight that plagued him thru his whole life, but as he grew older, he overcame his sickness and asthma.
He graduated from Harvard University where he got elected to Phi Beta Kappa in 1880 which is an honor society. He also studied at Columbia Law School but dropped out and turned to writing and politics.

Theodore Roosevelt married Alice Hathaway lee in 1880. They got a child on February 1884, they named the child Alice Lee Roosevelt, but sadly only 2 days later the Alice Hathaway Lee died of kidney failure that the pregnancy had masked. Theodore Roosevelt’s daughter Alice got raised by Roosevelt’s sister while he grieved. Roosevelt got his daughter back when she was 3 years old.
