In the year of 1930 there was a little boy with the name Nicky. He was a little kid of his age, so many people called him Little Nicky. Little Nicky and his family came from Africa. They had lived in USA about 2 years and a few months now. Little Nicky and his family have build a little farm. They had started to get some money from their vegetables. Nicky’s mother think he should go in school, especially now when they have money to pay for books and school stuff. Nicky’s father was very clever and he now it would be hard for black child to start in a school with white students. Little Nicky’s parent talked about the same evening.
The next morning when Little Nicky came out to the kitchen, he saw his mother with the telephone in her hand. She was calling to all the school near bay there farm. Little Nicky’s mother what a school to little Nicky were there was some black student in. She find a school where there was to black students in. Nicky’s mother agreed with the headmaster of the school, that they will come and look at the school the next day.
