Three civil right workers go missing, and the FBI deputes Agents Rupert Anderson and Alan Ward to investigate, the Ku Klux Klan, aided by the police, target the fearful African-Americans, brutally torturing them and setting their houses on fire. With the entire local community, both black and white refusing to come forward with any information - the FBI must now consider using other methods to try and find out what really happened to the three workers.
2. Who do you think are the heroes of the movie - and why?
I think that Rupert Anderson are the hero, maybe he didn't do it the right way,
but he got them arrested, so I think that he are the hero, and I also think that clinton's wife is the hero, because she told y´them were the three missing people were.
3. Explain what you think is meant by Ward’s comment to Anderson: “Some things are worth dying for” and the reply, “Some things are worth killing for”.
