We eat food because it tastes well or just because it is satisfying. But we also eat to give our body the needed energy. The diet we consume gets digested in our intestinal canals and from there it is transported via the blood to all the cells of the body.
But to be healthy a normal person needs to intake about 50 nutrients to build new cells, for physical activity, chemical reactions in the body etc.
The common nutrients are for example:
Proteins
Carbohydrate
Fat
Minerals
Vitamins
It’s not really that hard to find food with the nutrients, it’s the hard part to change ones eating behaviors.
Some eat to live and some live to eat.
Many people aren’t as healthy as you would like to think. Many people are obese, have a heart disease, and have diabetes and many other problems. The reason why that is, is because of their chosen diet.
One breakfast to them may be: snack foods, doughnuts, sugar-filled cereals, and bread with marmalade. And that’s only one breakfast for one person.
Have you ever wondered why people don’t just stop eating unhealthy and just take control over them selves?
It usually takes strong willpower to be able to change ones eating behaviors. Your body has a natural system which tells you, subconsciously, what you need to do to survive. For example; eat when you are hungry, drink when you are thirsty and go to the bathroom when you need to. All these are natural things you need to do. It is also natural to choose a stake over some carrots because the stake provides fat which you, in former times, needed to help you through the winter. But nowadays we have enough food to eat and you don’t need the fat anymore. But there has to be a line between eating normal and eating too much – some people just don’t see it.
