Simply - Eat simple! I’ve almost always been interested in health and how to improve it. Just over the few years I’ve “studied” health I’ve seen and heard a lot of false information, some even from the health regulation. I want to address the “protein myth”. I’ll also go through what I think are the fundamentals of outstanding health. Just by following these easy steps you will find yourself lose unnecessary weight, wake up energized, improve your indigestion, get rid of many aches and pains, equip your body to fight off illness, better sleep and enjoy life to its fullest.
