Date: 15-02-2010To: The head management From: Personnel manager, FreyaSubject: Considering new regulations In occasion of the huge media focus there has been on the use of private cell phoning at work, I think it would do good, if we as well introduced regulations for the private use when at work. In my personal opinion, I think it would increase the efficiency at the office, if the employees would not be allowed to use expensive working hours for text messaging. Therefore I have some suggestions: No “how-do-you-do” calls, if not at break. No chatting on the internet, if not work related.
