Generation today, which also is called for Generation Y, is a case for itself. People in this generation have been criticized many times and are still criticized from the media. Each day many of newspapers are publishing articles, where young people ?s are becoming more and more belittled from the UK.
Many workplaces where young people are employed think that they just want to earn as much as money they can, and that’s one of the biggest problem. This isn ?t?so, here the young people like to continue to learn at the workplaces. They also want flexibility and a real work-life balance as the older employees get. They are
simply not ready yet to pledge their lives to the company, and there are too many company ?s which don ?t understand it.
More confidence to the younger employees
If cooperation between the older and younger in the future must work better, than the older employees have to give the younger employees more confidence, than they have done until now. The more confidence the younger employees get the?more pleasure and determination they will have to work more efficiently. To achieve these goals, must be done as follows. First of all, good relationships with bosses and co workers, good Income, opportunity for growth as an employer, to get challenge at work every day and at last to get the opportunity to show skills and receive recognition of a job well done. That ?s the main point of how to get the new Generation (Y) better at work and better employers for the older Generation.
