In 1986 Jane Goodall first saw young chimps being used for medical research. “… Locked in tiny cages like microwave ovens stacked on top of one another, rocking from side to side, driven mad by the lack of space,” she said. “As long as it is necessary for animals to be used labs they should be given the most humane treatment possible, and the best living conditions. Why should they be locked up like criminals? The least I can do is speak out for them. They cannot speak for themselves.”

I think Jane Goodall is a good person trying to do something good, but I don’t think her work will help a lot. Of course should animals have a good treatment, because they have not done anything wrong. It is the human there is something wrong with. The human has always been in top of the food chain, because of our intelligence, and ever since the first person walked on earth, all the humanity has wanted are power and knowledge. I don’t say every individual person’s just want power and knowledge. But think about it, for example The Apollo mission, why did we use so much money on it, we could have helped a million animals or humans instead? - Knowledge. And there are endless more examples. I don’t think anybody can stop it, it is just the human being, witch is build like that, and besides you can’t just stop people from eating meat. I think personally its okay to kill animals, no not to kill the neighbors’ cat because it’s annoying, but it’s just the food chain. Animals kill animals, and we are animals to.
