Tornadoes Tornadoes are believed to occur with very strong winds, hot wind, cold wind, dry wind. When a wind high up in the air meets a small wind from the surface, there will come very strong winds, and the wind will start to rotate. When it happens in a thundershower, the hot wind from the thundershower is ascending up, and the wind will rotate in an upright position. Tornadoes are classified by the Fujita tornado scale in categories F0-F5. F5 is the strongest and most dangerous Tornadoes. There are no tornadoes in Denmark, but a smaller kind of them, called
