Happy Birthday 1951 Kurt Vonnegut What do you consider beautiful in life? A lot of different answers can be answered to this question. But in the case of war, it seems like it is the little things that is not normally considered beautiful, that is appreciated. War can change your image of the whole world, in good ways and in negative ways. In the short story “happy birthday 1951”, we get to see how war has affected two different people in different ways. The short story is about a young boy and an old man, that faith has brought together.
