“If more guns make people safer, than America would be one of the safest countries in the world. It isn't. It's the opposite.”
I totally agree with the Canadian who said that in “Bowling for Columbine”, because why on earth should it help people feel safer, if they have more guns? I think that if you want people to feel safe, the shouldn’t it be possible for anyone to buy a gun. Guns for hunting? Fine, but then you have to be sure that the people who buys it, intends to use it for hunting. And you should probably look at the guns who are classified as hunting guns. Because a lot of them is too powerful for that usage. But maybe it’s okay to have the weapons, maybe everyone should have exactly the weapon they’d like. As comedian Chris Rock says:
”You don't need no gun control. You know what you need? We need some bullet control. We need to control the bullets. I think all bullets should cost $5,000. You know why? If a bullet cost $5,000 there'd be no more innocent bystanders. Every time somebody get shot "Dang, you must of did somethin'! Shit, they put 50,000 dollars’ worth of bullets in his ass!" And people would think before they killed somebody if a bullet cost $5,000. "Man, I would blow your fuckin' head off... if I could *afford* it! I'm a get me another job, I'm a start saving some money, then you a dead man!"
