The story is about a girl, called Pangma-La, and her father. Her father was a famous mountaineer. He pinned a picture with the Shinning Mountain, to her wall and he promise her that they one day would climb it together. The years passed and Pangma-La grew up. One day she and her father went to the Shinning Mountain.
On the first day it started to be really hard for Pangma-La and the Sherpa women came and asked for Pangma-La’s heavy bag and gave it back to her with swan down, so it would be easier for Pangma-La to climb. When Pangma-La came to the top, the Sherpa women came back and gave Pangma-La her bag back, so the father didn’t suspected something strange.
She doesn’t want her father to know about it, because she was afraid that he would be disappointed at her. On the second day, it was also really hard for Pangma-La and the Sherpa women came and asked for her heavy clothes and gave her swan down on instead. The Sherpa women came back and gave the clothes back, when Pangma-La had reached her goal.
The third day’s climbing was really tough for Pangma-La and she almost couldn’t stand it, then the Sherpa women came and asked for her heavy heart. Instead she got swan feathers and flew up the mountain. But this time the Sherpa women didn’t came back with Pangma-La’s heavy heart.
