The talent shows are now all over the world, from Europe to America, Asia and all the way to the Middle East. We all know the popular show "American Idol", and the "Got Talent" shows, but with different titles, which depends on the country. I personally have been a fan of “Arabs Got Talent”, because I’m Arabian. I’m more interested in the Arab show than I am for the British or the American shows. I watched 1st and 2nd season of “Arabs Got Talent”, and I can honestly say, that there are incredibly talented people in the Middle East. I was amazed and very proud after seeing the first season of the show. The second season was less exciting, because all the people who did not have a talent showed up, and made an embarrassing scene in front of millions of people. When I watched the show, I looked for the talent, and I enjoyed watching the contestants reaching high levels and made it all the way to the final. Sometimes the choice of the winner can disappoint you, because you wanted someone else to win.

The concept of the talent shows should not be the losers but the amazing winners, who actually work hard to reach the goal, but sadly people always make it the other way around. The loser gets all the attention, because he/she make us laugh. You see their embarrassing scene all over the social media. I remember a girl who entered “Arab Idol”, she was pretty convinced, that she could sing. When she showed up on the show, people went crazy about how bad she sang. On an interview she said, “I joined the Arab idol, because I was bored, and then people made me famous as a joke”. The interviewer felt sorry for her, and he said “it was not your fault, you was just an incent girl who wanted take a chance”. But I did not feel sorry for her at all. She deserved to be laughed about, because she didn’t take the show seriously. I wonder why they let her in, when they clearly knew that she had no voice. I think somewhere people like her make the show more exciting and comical, but then they end up as victims, because they would always be known as the losers. This title would follow them forever.
