I've read about your competition, and I am very interested in participating. As you probably know, it is not enough to change only one thing about the workplace, as it’s not often enough to make one change that will benefit every employer. There are many things that can be changed, not just the design of the offices, or the breaks, but much more. Of course the design of the offices is one of the important things, but it does not mean, that there are not any other important things to change.
One of these things is for example to make the employers feel comfortable, instead of making them feel stressed out. You can do that by reducing the pressure that the workers have to deal with on a daily basis. You can also make them feel happier and positive by giving them stickers or something similar where a text says: ‘‘you are appreciated here!'' Or ‘‘you're the best!'' or what you Sirs would like. The reason to make the employers feel happy is that then they will like their workplace more, be more creative, happy, full of energy and many more reasons, which will give costumers a good vibe.
Good atmospheres are also very important, because it gives the employers more energy, and make them happier. Their enjoyment for work will increase, which will make them look forward to the workday. And if the company’s employers are happy, many more people would like to work there, and by that give the company a good reputation.
