In a way, I have many different views on talent shows. I feel like some talent shows, are created to make fun of people, or make them look like fools on television. Which is not the point of talent shows. It should be about finding kids or adults with real talent, and showing the world what they can do. On the other side, the people who choose to enter these talent shows, know what they enter, and should be prepared for the show.
In England, they have this talent show called “Britain’s got talent” it’s a singing competition, and everyone in England who’s over the age 16, can enter this competition. All the people who want to participate in the show, goes to these auditions, where they sing in front of an audience, not just an audience, but also in front of a huge amounts of cameras, which is recording everything they do, say or sing, so you don’t want to make any mistakes.
Like that is not enough pressure, there are also a panel of judges, famous judges, who is sitting and well judging everything you do.
It is a live show, so you cannot just say “cut” and take it over. You got one shot to show, that you actually do have talent. If you do make mistakes, there really is not much to do.
