Virginia Tech shooting was this south Korean boy who shot 32 people that day, in 2007. After the shooting, he committed suicide. The massacre was the biggest shooting with most killed.
The second amendment says, that every city send can have a gun to protect themselves. So, the kids can even find the weapon under a bed and use it, because they don’t know what it is, and that makes it to a bad gun-law.
The environment you are born in does often form you to that person you are, and if your parents have weapons or you are angry at someone, people sometimes does these shooting.
