Summary of 'Smashed' and themes of growing up

This text called smashed, is a short story. And it about the transformation from a young person to a grown up.

In this story we were told how it’s feels like to go from the transformation from a young person to a grown up. We have the main characters who is a girl, but we don’t know her name. This story happens at a party. And it has all this memory about being young an only being with the girls but when you get older more things become more important.

In the young classes where is this excitement about drinking for the first time. All are nervous about drinking for the first time but the pressure of all the others is too much.

Then you get in Junior high, they are getting used to all the drinking, so know they must find something else there is knew, so now they need a knew “thing” So know it is the thig with all the boys and the attention they give the girls, who is excitement, and of Couse the other way around.

In the ending, sex become a symbol of maturity, but for some young people it’s getting a little too much. So, for some it goes too far and end up I embarrassment. So, every person would say that the transforming from young to adult is very hard for some people and a little bit easier for other people.
