Armed and safe

The Second Amendment provides the people in USA the right to bear arms. The law came in December in 1791. Since then there has been a lot of controversy about the subject. The huge numbers of school shootings in America has parents, children and politicians shaking. There has been a huge discussion on gun-control. The schools are covered with bullet proof windows, guards and weapons. Is school really a safer place now? Should a teacher take the extra responsibility to carry a gun, and is that their job?
