Time always run and changes the generations. Generation Gap or Generational gap means a kind of difference in the thoughts, lifestyle, work of interest and opinions among people of different age group.
Let’s take an example, usually when I come home from school I start to play on my computer or PlayStation. My mom finds it strange to sit inside for closed windows and spend your time on some virtual games. When my mom was young she used most of her time outside playing with the other kids. She always tells me that I should go out and play instead of being asocial. I don’t think that me and my generation are more asocial than my parents, I just think we are getting social in other ways for example when we are playing computer together.
Because of the generation gap between kids and their parents a lot of misunderstandings and discussions will happen, it is important for parents to talk to their children and treat them as individuals. To be forever treated as child can be irritating and sometimes even humiliating.
Many teenagers on my age have discussion with their parents about parties. I think the teenagers in my generation are more likely to drink in an earlier age than my parents were. It has also been easier to buy alcohol now than for 30 years ago I think, because you can easily create a fake id in some computer programs like Photoshop and visual studios you couldn’t just do that for 30 years ago.
