Film resume: 'July 22'

It's about a terror attack in Norway on July 22 in 2011 on the Regjeringskvartalet (the Government Quarter) close to the prime minister’s office and on the island Utøya at Workers youth league (AUF) summer camp.

In the start scene, you see Anders Breivik making bombs and packing them in a van and driving home, while all the kids arrive at the summer camp on Utøya. At the camp, they’re having a good time they’re playing football and sitting around a bonfire singing.

The day after Breivik dresses up as a policeman and drives to the Government Quarter, parks his van, and leaves, and seconds after the van explodes and destroys the building, 8 people die, and several people are left injured. The kids at the camp get informed of what happened and all activities get suspended.

around the same time Breivik arrives at the ferry where he tells the staff that he’s been sent to secure the island, when he gets to Utøya the leaders at the camp talk with him and when they ask to see his ID, he shoots them. They worry at the camp when they hear gunshots, and a little after chaos breaks out, Breivik opens fire on the kids, they run for their lives and scream for help. Viljar, his Torje brother, and some friends hide behind some rocks close to the water. Breivik finds them and they run, he kills two of Viljar's close friends and Viljar gets shot several times while the other kids managed to escape. Viljar managed to call his mother and tries to explain what happened and she calls the police.
