The Republic, the president and the American Dream:

The USA is a federal country, meaning that the power is divided into two; the central government and those in the individual states. Federal power is also divided into three separate subdivisions of government -

the president and his cabinet (the Executive)

the two chambers of the US Congress (the Legislature)

and the courts (Judiciary).

Then they have elections in the United States every two years and once every four years, there is a presidential election.

The Constitution and The American Dream:

The UK seems to not have a written constitution, meanwhile America does.it was written in Philadelphia in 1787. It consists of four important principles: republicanism, federalism, the "separation of powers", and "checks and balances".
