The story American Psycho is a novel written by Bret Easton Ellis; the story is about a man named Patrick Bateman. Patrick Bateman is a rich guy who works on Wallstreet, he is what you’d call a yuppie. A yuppie is short for “urban professional people” Patrick Bateman is known as the nice and put together guy next door, but in reality, is Patrick Bateman a vicious serial killer. Patrick Bateman kills innocent victims like a child at the zoo and is almost disgusted by the cheering crowd and by how happy they are.
