The story is centred in New York, Patrick Bateman is a rich man who works on Wall Street as a business man. Bateman is like every other guy, almost. He spends his mornings at home ordinary, and his nights clubbing with friends or colleagues. Everyone believes Bateman is a nice guy, but what his friends does not know is that he is a psychopathic killer.
In this chapter “Tuesday” of the novel “American Psycho”, Patrick Bateman, a successful and rich businessman, brutally murders an innocent homeless man, the bum. Patrick Bateman finds himself at a black-tie party. He is very miserable, trying to find some cocaine. Bateman meet the bum as a kind and caring person sitting at the street. Bateman seems willing to lend him a few dollars for food and shelter, while talking to the bum.
