I wouldn't say that I eat healthy food all the time, but I'm not fat and I have a very good conditioning, but those things I eat is not always that good.. I really like fast food and food with much cholesterol and sugar, because it's cheap and it tastes so awesome! But I like healthy food too, and I would say that I have good diets most of the time. But you know I like burgers, french-fries and so on, but I really prefer a great big delicious steak with potatoes and sauce, and I can be sated for ours when I eat that, I can't be sated for a long time if I eat a burger or something like that. It does not go the same way in the stomach. I think that young people in Denmark most like to eat McDonalds, Burgerking and of course chips, and a big dose of chocolate. Almost everybody eats unhealthy food every day. I think that many grownups at their work they think "I would work so much better if I just eat this Sneakers" and at many schools the kids can go into a mall in there playtime (if they have pasted 6th grade) and then they buy candy, pastry, chips, soda or some cake instead of buying real good food in the canteen. That's so stupid, because the kids don't learn what they should learn because they only get a sugar rush for maybe a half hour, and then they are just tired and aren't listing. I think that's a huuuge problem, but some think that the foodprice at the canteen is too expensive, and not tastes that good as the junk they buy the other places. 45% of grown ups in Denmark are fat, oh my god that's almost the half of the grown ups! If you eat too much fast food you will get fat, some kids is growing up with the bad habits because of their parents. If your parents eats very unhealthy, don't do sports and are fat, there is a BIG chance that the same will happen for you. My advice for young people would be that they should do some sport. Handball, football, basketball or fitness. Just something where they get stirred, and they eat healthy, and instead of lying on the couch all day, they could do some activities. I think that it really would help if there parents cheered them up to do it. I know that a normal person can't always eat good things, but then they can eat unhealthy maybe 1 day at the week and on that way try to get healthier.
