In my opinion, healthy living is being physical active at least an hour a day one way or another, and eating healthy food daily, meaning vegetables and fruits. Breakfast is also an alternative to being healthy, because it helps on the concentration, which is needed on workplaces and at the schools. Also, if you eat breakfast containing fibers, you’ll feel less hungry during the day, because fibers are digested slowly, meaning that you will feel full for a longer period. Being healthy is not something that you can buy. If you want to live healthy, you have to take action yourself, one way or another. Even if you start out having unhealthy habits, they can be changed. Of course, you won’t get rid of the habits right away, it takes time. Learning to live healthy is just like baby steps. It’s one step at the time, nice and calm. My suggestion is to try getting rid of the habits slowly, like, if you eat 3 cheeseburgers a week, try to cut it down on 1-2 and then get used to that. From here on, you can choose if you want to live with an unhealthy habit or not.For encouraging physical activity I propose lowering the prices for working out in fitness centers, raising the prices on junk food and maybe putting flyers with health and exercising tips in people’s mailboxes. By mailing the flyers, you can reach the people who don’t go out of the house very often too.
