The Concept of Coolness

The word cool, is a word for a nice attitude, a behavior, a style, influenced by a product, the media, friends, parents, or other family members. The word has no single meaning. I would say it was a definition of something. A big part of the human being, have a big wish to be cool, everybody would love to be seen up to, to look nice, to have the smartest things, and say the coolest comment. Many boys think it’s very cool, to have the prettiest girlfriend, to have the biggest muscles, to have the most expensive pants. And many girls’ thinks it’s lovely to be very popular with the boys, to have the prettiest skin, to have the most beautiful hair, to have most piercing in the ears, and the navel. Someone even thinks they are very cool if they smoke, and drink alcohol all the time. In the media you are cool, if you have a lot of money, and have the biggest house, the most beautiful dress, and the most expensive car. You are cool, if you are popular, and you are popular if you are cool. So I think it have a connection. I think the media is the one who control what the word cool means.
