A strange life in Denmark

Dear coming visitor,I am writing this letter to you, because you are coming to Denmark as a foreign student in the next two years. I’m delighted that chose Denmark, and I’m sure that you also will be that.

You’re going to live in our metropolis – Copenhagen. Copenhagen is the biggest city in Denmark, with only 1 million inhabitants, which is nothing compared to other metropolis around the world. In Copenhagen we usually walk around or take the bus, and because of that you have to remember your umbrella all the time. It can rain any day in Denmark, even though the sun is shining in the dawn. The people around here will be rude, and you will have some nasty experiences. But that is nothing personally, all the Danes is mouldy from the morning. When they have got their coffee and a cigarette, they will for sure be on top again. The Danes is also very obliging, and they will find you unusually exciting, just because you are from another part of the world. The young girls can be snobbish and the young boys are becoming more and more metro sexual. All their concerns are about if their hair is fit, and if their pants are matching their shirts and that makes them all alike, and you will have a hard time to distinguish between the boys and girls. When you are clubbing with your new friends, as you for sure are going to find here, you will discover that girls and boys down to the age of 14 or 15 years are also in the same club. The door guardians are not attentive on that problem, or maybe they don’t want to be attentive on the problem. Denmark are one of the countries in Europe, which drinks the most considering that we don’t have that much inhabitants. We start to drink in the age of 14-15 years, and that is unlike compared with other countries.But our welfare system is in development all the time, and because of that you will find out that our streets are nice, our hospitals are working and our mood is in top almost all the time. And that’s one of the nicest things in our country. No one of us needs anything compared with inhabitants from for example Africa. WE GOT WHAT WE NEED! And that is what broadly indicates Denmark.
