The Beginning It was almost dark when the plane arrived at the airport. Aircraft had landed at a small airport outside a small town.It was a girl from Denmark who had flown to South Africa to learn about their music and the evolution of the music. I went into the kitchen where the family I lived with was standing and made food for me. They were very happy to have a Danish girl to live with them. The tiny South African family had a father, three children and a mother, they were really nice. Children consisted of two girls and a boy, the boy was the youngest.It was the mother who was cooking; she was making something with fruit. I asked the mother who was named Kagiso, I asked her "do you know where I can learn something about music here?" "Have you tried to walk around in town and talk to people," she replied.no I had not so I quickly ate my food up and almost run out of the door.
