I would like to start with today’s agenda or subjects that I would like to talk about.
The development of retailing.
What does it take to run a retail outlet nowadays?
Why is green consumerism as a mass movement important, and may
The Details contribute to this?
What is the future for retail outlets?
Questions etc.
Retailing today is amazing we can all go to the nearest stores and get tons of things in all sorts. It was not always like this, in the past when our parents where young they did not have the same opportunities as we do. They did not have all the stores that you have today; you were forced to go for hours sometimes just to get one special thing. Today is a lot different from the past nowadays you can go down to your local store and get many different things. And you don’t have to search everywhere for a special product because the stores today has a huge range of products. The last 10 years when you take a look at the development has been amazing for retail outlets. The opportunities are huge today, and their just getting bigger and bigger. An example of a successful outlet is Tesco, who now managed to make stores in 12 different countries and now they have over 2000 stores worldwide and that is an amazing result. So we can conclude that outlets today really did a good job, and I am sure that this isn’t the end.
