This essay will have focus on Jeremy Clarkson´s article about binge drinking.

Jeremy Clarkson believes that binge drinking is good for you, one of the reasons is because it makes you more relaxed which means you become fresher. According to Jeremy he have been told, most likely be the media, that binge drinking is bad, because you die young, get stabbed and end up in the hospital because of drinking, so instead of helping the ones with injuries you have to help the binge drinkers. One of the reasons why Jeremy likes drinking is because he believes that drinking frees you from the shackles you have when your sober, and the thought of next day you will have to share the hangovers with your afflicted friends, and here he uses an eye disease as an example, because that you have to suffer alone, but hangovers can be shared with your friends who also suffers from hangovers. Jeremy likes binge drinking because he can´t see a problem in binge drinking as long as you know when to stop, the problem is the people who lives to drink the true alcoholics, which he thinks is the real problem which they should focus on. Jeremy would rather go to prison than talk to an alcoholic because he finds them aggressive if you don’t care enough about them, he also describes them quite pathetic. Jeremy uses irony, sarcasm and humor in his article. Beneath is a quote of sarcasm.
