I will be writing about my hero and the reason why he is my hero. I will also write a little about him.
My hero is Nelson Mandela.
He is known for what he did in the past. He fought against racism and poverty. He fought for justice and rights for black people. He stood up against apartheid. He risked his life for the best.
He made South Africa a better place for black people.
He made it easier for black people to find jobs and have a better living life style. He made it easier for black people to get better education.
He is/was not only a hero because of that.
Here is some other reason of why he is a hero:
He is/was a hero because he was a believer.
He believed he could win and he did.
He fought for freedom.
He was a brave man.
He stopped apartheid.
He risked his own life to make South Africa a better place for black people.
He showed that words are much more powerful than weapons.
He is a hero because of him South Africa is now a democratic country.
He fought against racial discrimination.
No matter the pain and consequences he continued fighting and reached his goal to bring peace in South Africa.
