8 mile takes place in Detroit, Detroit is a city in USA. In the beginning of the move, we are at a toilet. The environment is bad.. the place rabbit lives in, is poor and dirty. If i should characterize rabbits mum, I would say that she is poor and she is not a good mother. She also seems like she is selling her self for money. Rabbits friends future, cheddar, li´l tic and shorty, is all boys who had a hart childhood. They all like rap music and. I also think that they are good friends, and support rabbit. Future is a good friend of rabbit, he helps him then he need to get on the stage. He seems like a good and cool friend, even through rabbit fucked up the first time he was on the stage, future still gets him a 2. chance. The relationship between rabbit and alex is a bit strange. It seems a little bit akward then they are together, but I think they love each other a lot. Rabbits development through the movie is huge. I think he has a lot more confidence, and is a better rapper. The 3 battles is most about how much they hate each other and the others weakness. Rabbit win in the last battle because papa doc don´t now what to say. Rabbit started in that round, and told the audience what papa doc would say about him. I think the ending was cool. It was cool that rabbit was so confidence and did like he did. The themes is gang environment. I would say that the message in the movie is clear. It´s telling you about how it is to be poor and that money is´t everything. I think Eminem said yes to this movie, because he like to tell the world how hard it can be in Detroit. Maybe he also thought that rabbit is like he was. Yes, I think it is a good movie!
