Bloody Sunday review Resume: Bloody Sunday is a movie based on the events that took place in Ireland in 1972. This event happened in the Bogside area of Derry in Northern Ireland. The demonstration in Derry was supposed to be a “peaceful march”. However, it turned out to be a lot more than just a peaceful march. As the demonstrators marched through the Bogside area, the British soldiers got a hint that some of the demonstrators were planning to be violent.
