On the left side there are a lot of cars, which seems to have been standing still for quite some time. The buildings in the middle/top seem modern, with a lot of skyscrapers. It also seems like it has been a popular city, with a big highway leading into it, and bridges. So the year this painting is from is at least from 2016 and ahead. The nighttime makes the picture depressing, with all the abandoned cars, and the highway that isn?t taken care of.
