It about a little amish boy who sees a police officer get killed and him and his mother goes to the police to tell his story. He tells it to John Book and he finds out who it was. In that moment he got some dangerous enemies. He escapes them and moves out to the amish boy and his mother I the amish part of Pennsylvania. John starts to turn more and more amish and a last he falls in love with the mother. After some weeks he finds out that his partner, Sgt Carter, has been killed. The enemies finds out where he is and three of them is going out to kill him. John kills one of them but another one takes the mother and her father as hostages, meanwhile John kills another with a shotgun. John surrender to the last but got luck to talk him out of killing them. It ends with John leaving the farm. The end.
