In our time more and more people are starting to eat unhealthily and don’t think about the consequences of the unhealthy lifestyle, they live.

Several families have a busy life and have a lot of responsibilities on their jobs. In a lot of these cases the families choose an easier solution to food. Instead of going home to make supper, many families will go out to eat or order food from for example McDonald’s. Nowadays there is a lot of fast-food restaurants, such as McDonald’s, Burger king, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Denny’s, Arbys, Ihop and many other. Many of these have a lot of child-friendly advertisings. McDonald’s have a famous clown, and is shown in the advertisements on TV and on billboards etc.

They made the clown friend of kids all over the world. Studies on this topic show that children up until 10 years old know this clown better than the U.S. president. This tells us that there is a problem. At McDonald’s there is a meal for kids. “The happy meal” If you buy a happy meal you get French fries, soda and then you get either a cheeseburger or some nuggets. But the most important for the children is the toys they get. That is the children’s love. In every McDonald’s all over the world there is a playground where the kids can play. Therefore, the kids always want to go to McDonald’s, so they can play in the playground. The parents probably had a stressful day, and that’s a good way for them to get some peace. So, they will go there and get unhealthy food.
