Lucy Cooke used to be one of the ’’good girls’’ in school. She did her homework, and she was good at it, she was a nice person that almost everyone loved. Until she became friends with Bethan, one of the toughest girls in school. Bethan made her do awful things like slapping poor little skinny Penny who was one of Lucy’s good friends. Penny's mom called Lucy’s mom and told her what Lucy had done, and Lucy’s mom was very unhappy with Lucy’s behavior and her new change. But Lucy may just be scared. Lucy gets a ditention where she draws a heart, and outside the ditention room, is Bethan waiting for her.

We don’t get any information about lucy on the outside, except that she’s in high school, and smokes. So she must be a teen.

The story is seen from Lucy’s point of view.
Lucy was an A-grade student, that always did her homework, but everything changed when she began to hang out with Bethan who’s pretty much a slagger, she’s skipping class and smoking at a young age. She was nothing more than a bad influence on Lucy, and that turned out making Lucy evil, she also began doing things like smoking and skipping class just because Bethan did, and she did stuff that Bethan told her to, such as hitting Penny.
