I would like to tell you all about couchsurfing. I am a student in my early twenties, and as every other student, I want to travel around the world, see different cultures and ways of living life. As a student, I do not really have time for a job, which makes the money tight. But one day I was surfing on the internet looking for cheap hotels, where I found “Couchsurfing.com” where I instantly saw affordable prices for a student, so I tried it out, and this was my Experience

I visited London in England. I landed at the London airport about three o’clock and had already spoken over skype to the family I was going live with, they seemed very accommodating. I claimed my baggage and looked after the Smith’s, they were a family of four, Mom, Dad, and two kids.

The family didn’t own a car, we took the subway if we were going somewhere. They lived at a place called Paddington, just like the little bear. I first got a house tour by the kids, lily and Shawn. Shawn was the oldest he was 8 years old and lily was 5. While I got a house tour, mom and dad were making dinner, they lived in a pretty big apartment almost like a house. we ate dinner in the living room talked a lot about my school, what my plans were in the future and so on. The moms name was Rose and dad Jack. Jack was lawyer and Rose were home schooling the kids.
