Besøg hos et Amish samfund

My visit to Amish community was different and not me. I don’t like the way they live is so difficult.

Their living style is so different than our. But I like that they stick together and plows together.

I talk with an Amish girl. She says that she not will be an Amish but she had to, because hers family is Amish. She’s going to be 16 next year. So she can’t take a decision she don’t want to loose hers family. When Amish become 16 years old they may take a decision and join the church. They going to party and find a girlfriend or boyfriend and join the church and when they can marry and get kids. The girl I meet want to be a non-Amish.

Members who break church rules are called to admit before the congregation.

They Amish family don’t have to much stress because they don’t havde to think about car etc.

I also meet a Amish family they was very kind. The girls work inside the home and garden, with the mother and the boys will work with the father in the fields, in the barn, and around the out buildings.

The Amish traditional family provides much of the learning for the child.
