I was sitting in the café, as I used to, after a hard days work. It was two minutes past eight. My name is [NAVN A] - I’m working as an actor, that’s why people know me… I had drunk half of my cappuccino and smoked half of my cigarette, when I got the feeling that someone gazed at me. I glanced furtively behind, and saw a man standing outside the window watching me. He seemed to be a big man, he wasn’t fat but very muscular. I couldn’t see his face. I was pretty scared. I asked the waiter for my bill and a taxi. I looked out and saw that the man stil watched me. I asked the waiter if there was another door I could go out of. He looked very strange at me, with a big questions in his face. I told him about the man, and he apologized, and said that it wouldn’t happened again and that he would call the police.

My taxi came after 10 minutes in the rain.

When I came home, I turned on my computer and acted like nothing had happened.

Four days later, at the same café. I was nearly done with my coffee and had smoked the two cigarettes I used to. I didn’t think about what happened last time I was sitting there, before I looked out of the window and saw exactly the same man. This time he didn’t stand right outside the window, but over at the entrance- and exit door. It seemed like he waited for me. Sometimes he looked inside, at me. I still couldn’t see his face, and I guess that was what scared me most. I paid the bill and pulled my self together, and used the normal exit, even though he was right outside. I got a taxi and drove home. A taxi followed me the whole way home.
