I have chosen this images because it makes me think of America. It is an image of the very famous restaurant called McDonald’s. McDonald’s is the place, which makes me think of America the most. It is a worldwide restaurant but in America there are McDonald’s everywhere. You can almost go from one McDonald’s into another McDonald’s. It is the most famous restaurant in the world, and that is one of the things that makes me think that your dreams can come true in America. And that is also The American Dream. The American Dream says: “All people can have a happy and successful live if you work hard.” You can come from nothing to everything. In Denmark there is no dream – of course we all have our own dream, but in the America it is called The American Dream and we do not have a dream like that in Denmark. In Denmark we have the law called Janteloven. It is a law about that you are not anymore than anyone else. In America, you can be whom you want and you are more “free”. Free to do what you want and give it a shot.
We can use Ole Henriksen as a very great example. If he had been in Denmark and not in the USA he would not have been as big as he is today. He is almost worldwide and if he had made all his creams in Denmark then he would not had become this big. And in the USA things becomes fashion before any other place in the world. The USA starts fashion long time before all other countries. For example did I for a year ago with some Adidas shirt. Then I saw some old rappers from America. They were wearing it for 2 years before I did. So I think that America is the continent of our future and dreams. Things happen faster in the USA than in any other place on earth. But China is also a big city and I think, they can become greater than America.
