Pill Pusher Analytical essay Carolyn A. Drake´s story “Pill Pusher” is about a young narrator who is unhappy with her job and feels guilty for selling addictive medication to people. The pharmacist gets irritated because a young impatient woman stands in the queue. The impatient customer needs liquid medicine for her leukemia sick daughter because she can’t swallow pills. Subsequently they both realize they haven´t been treating each other well so they apologize to each other.
