When I watched the movie “Dead man walking”, I understood what happened to all who are involved in the crime. Now I know how the family of the murder and how the family of the murdered are feeling. Before I watched it, I knew the murders were going to be killed, but I didn’t knew the family couldn’t even give him a hug before he was going to be executed. I don’t think words can describe how it must feel to know your son are going to be killed in 24 hours, or less, and you don’t got a chance or giving him a hug, or just touch him. It’s at bit overreacted. What could you do when you touch another man who is sentenced to death? I can’t see how that could hurt anyone. Even though he’s a living dead, his still a human.
I think death penalty is okay in some cases. Like when Saddam Hussein was executed. He had thousands of death on his shoulders. In that case it’s okay to execute. But when it’s only 1 or 2 people who had lost their life, then they shouldn’t be executed. But then again, why should they live, when they have taken a life? Why should they have a second chance, when they don’t give the victim a second chance?
