Dear Tony Tweet

I’m very glad that you will let me be a part of your survey. I’ll answer the questions in the light of my own life, experience and opinions.

My opinion is that Twitter is a very good place to be in touch with your old friends, but also with your new friends. When you write to people on Twitter, I don’t think it is near so personally as if you write a text-message or an email to them. I think it is a great place to be socialized.

It is great that young people are in touch with each other through Twitter, but I also think that it is very important that they still get together and do something funny with their friends. They can’t just be in front of the computer and chat with all their friends – they must get together and look at each other face to face and have a real conversation.

I don’t think that Twitter will influence the English language very much, when people just are writing and look in their friends and celebrities life. But I think that people, but most young people will mention it when they are talking to each other – but the English language will not be under the influence of Twitter.
