I believe that Twitter helps a lot of youngsters, to express their opinion. They have more courage to share, what they think on twitter, than in the real world. Sometimes you can appear different on Twitter, than in reality, because of your thoroughly considered updates. You rethink the way to state your opinion much more, than you do in reality. Based on my opinion, Twitter does not improve the youngsters’ ability to socialize. We constantly want our friends to know, what we are doing without caring about, what they are doing. We want to share more than we want to listen. One of the dangers of the increased use of Twitter is that the youngsters can get too addicted. They have a high expectation of new updates all the time, and response on their own updates. The addiction of Twitter can and will give the youngsters a hard time, focusing on their homework and perform well at school. If the friends on twitter aren’t active, we get bored, because we make Twitter to our daily life. So when Twitter stands still, our reality does too.

The English language could maybe be affected by twitter. The abbreviations from Twitter could be transferred to the English language. In that way, the original language could be threatened by the modern twitter language, which will develop the English language and make it more modern.
